For overseas deliveries will be sent via DHL for consultation fees, please contact us at [email protected]or, link to www.dhl.com to obtain an approximate costing.

Prices are calculated in American Dollars, we also receive payments through transfers or bank deposits (cash deposits are charged 3% of IDE), wire transfers, and in our store with cash or with any of the major cards credit such as MASTERCARD, VISA (with a charge of 1.7%) or Debit card (2% fee).

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT)

The products will be delivered two to five working in any of the destinations unless you choose the option ESTAFETA NEXT BUSINESS DAY, in this case, your order will deliver within 24 working hours. (This according to the Courier Times)

Orders received and paid before 2:00 PM (Mexico City) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM (Mexico City) or legal holidays, will be shipped the following Monday (or business day). * Exceptions Apply on public holidays or special circumstances.

Our inventory is updated daily, but in the unlikely event that there was in existence the product ordered, you will be notified prior to your payment, if that we have a similar model in price and design, we can suggest some options are choice.

The colors of the clothes are as close to reality, however, depending on the size of your screen, shades may vary slightly.

We are not responsible for customs charges generated by deliveries abroad, since these charges may vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the product.

RETURN POLICY

We're sorry, hygiene, no exchanges or refunds are made, with the exception that the good go to factory default. In this case claims are accepted no later than 1 day after receipt of the merchandise and your garment will be exchanged for the same style, color and size.
